34 hour reset weekly meaning for home time?

Wherever you are at out of hours right there you sit and stay. You do not move the whole 34.
I am accustomed to staying out most of a year. Then staying home a winter. OR... in specific situations like flatbed I'll spend 5 or 6 months on I-10 over a whole winter into the new spring running pipe and chain back and forth. -
It could also mean that they run you so hard that you will be forced to take a 34 every week.
