Smoked cheese burgers, 1 mushroom swiss 1 with pulled pork on top.

 

I like that pulled pork on top idea.

We hid out on 75 this evening in Sabetha ks got a jam up mescan place

 

Yep, little onion fried in bacon grease, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, sweet bbq sauce and a smoked burger patty.

It’s a J&L Contracting truck outta Springfield, MO.

Not sure if any of you are aware of them...

 

They always have a truck at the pride and polish in Louisville, talked to them some not real impressed.

 

Are they #####? Or just... professionally wise..?

 

A little of both, they have nice trucks that are impractical for what we do in my opinion. And they’re arrogant about it.

 

They got some cool rides — a little flashy for my tastes — but to each their own.

If the guys are happy and are compensated fairly... eh. Most show truck owners I’ve heard about seem to be dicks. It’s the small owner with years and years invested in a truck that seem to be cooler. Like all of you,

 

Don’t get me wrong I like a nice truck but there’s a practicality.
