Sorry to hear that. I thought they might send you over to Chino to get one. This has been a bad week all together. Between the 60+ hours at Grandview, then getting to Tulare on Saturday and having to wait until Tuesday to get loaded, this has probably been one of my worst weeks. I will only be Transfloing in 1,479 miles for this period. Fortunately this string of bad luck hasn’t ever happened before. Hopefully it’s just a 1 time, 1 week deal.

 

That night I went to Ludfords and one of their day cab drivers opened the gate so I could park inside, I walked the yard and checked every tank we had looking for an empty. There was only 1 and I went ahead and switched out with it, fearing that another IRT would show up and grab it the next morning while I was still asleep. I’m glad I did because the next morning there was an IRT waiting on one to get unloaded as I was driving off. He told me he had got there at 6am. I had woke up at 8.
If it were me, I would definitely head back over later this evening like you said.

 

I just saw one of our new trucks. Had a factory bug deflector shield and a 10 speed. Looked pretty nice.

 

Same here. I hate moving from 1 truck to another, takes forever. I got mine in November (23rd I think). I only have 88,105 miles on mine so I’m good for awhile.

 

It was shut when I got there on a Friday night. I parked by the curb until I saw a day cab come by. He got out to unlock it for me, but it was dummy locked the entire time. He told me I could back in and dummy lock it again once I got inside. I think he told me they get there at 6am.
