Yes it's good that some are more tolerant than others. It is not good to hold the previous sins so to speak and keep hitting people over the head for life. That's outrageous. Water under the bridge I say moving on with life to a better future I would like to think.

Employers in my area cry for workers. ANY one can do their jobs. The true problem is that these employers impose a stack of this, that, college degree over there and a bunch of other hoops a applicant must jump through. It's silly. No wonder they don't have workers enough.

We have been to college. It's worthless. That 4 year degree with the ex and my little dabbling in IT stuff. It's literally no good. Why? because the State only needs say 2000 nurses. this year. You have 12000 students studying to be nurses because it pays way way better than just a LPN or practical nurse. 8000 of them will have to go out of state to see about a nursing job opening otherwise it's worthless.

You're telling me. I got a misdemeanor as a result of someone's domestic petty crap, and since it's labeled as a form of fraud, all the companies out there treat me like a felon.

    Ooh that's gotta hurt.

I tell you what. It's over its happened, water under the bridge. I hope that you seperate this person from your life, whoever it was. Im also assuming you suffered a certain amount of financial losses too. I'll just let it go and move on with your life. It's your life and your happiness. Take care of yourself.

If a employer is so tight as not to give you a fighting chance, chances are that's not the employer for you. You follow me? Sometimes some of the very best truckers happen to be those who were given a fighting chance despite a problem or two in the past.

That's been my experience anyway, If I was a company I would want to sit you down with coffee and listen to the complete story with nothing left out. Then spend some time thinking about it and you.

Im pretty sure someone will give you a fighting chance. Do not quit and lay down and die. You must fight on your feet against whatever life throws at you. You have to.

    Be well.

Oh, it wasn't even related to me really. It was when I was driving a cab, and it was a couple whom one of them used us for rides and used the other person's card to pay.
They got into some petty vicious breakup bull$h!t, and he pressed charges against her & I for using his card. They said I was ultimately at fault because I failed to check identity of the card owner when it was used.
They tried charging me with a felony at first, so I guess it could've been worse....

And I've tried asking multiple companies. But especially since it was from this year, I've found almost no one will touch me. But Western Express and Paschall responded positively (as well as Carolina Cargo, but their CPM is a joke, especially if I'm gonna have to be in that East Coast area BS), so based on what all I've looked at, I think I'm gonna give Paschall a shot. At least until I have enough experience to find greener pastures, because I only have a couple months at most.

Let's me ask you this in it's most basic form.

I take the spouse's credit card (Presuming I am a authorized user etc) and go visit a gun shop and purchase a nice weapon. It brings joy to my heart to have such a purchase.

Yes I will be doing a stack of honey do pay me now jobs around the house until the beginning of winter for that purchase. Or maybe even break up as you stated.

Please tell me under what possible crime can the gun store owner be charged with? All he did is complete the sale and the situation that night as recorded reveal no apparent issues. How dare the ex charge the store owner with a crime?

In other words what does the Ex Care that you processed that card payment and um done. Pressing charges against you? That's frivolous. It's a fishing expedition against you and all caught in the net.

If Prosecutors started standing charges against every one who dares to swipe a credit card at the store for almost a billion reasons daily afraid of getting criminally charged and hauled off to camp? JA.

I hate to be difficult however Your situation is a very interesting one

As others have said, the suspension will hurt the most. But, all you can do is call recruiters and start asking. Be honest as they will pull your driving record and let the chips fall where they will.

The only way to find out is put your application in and be honest. The websites that send your application to everybody is where you want to put your application in at. On here you're going to get everyone's opinion but no facts.

    Now be nice.

We have to give her a benefit of doubt.
