Keep in mind, that "Boxes" are different than Pneumatics. Both are utilized currently, but I think going "Box" will get you in much more economically. Finding a reputable outfit to lease to seems to be the task. Lots of horror stories just on TTR alone about scumbag outfits running the boxes.

No,I haven't hauled crude for a few years, but I live, work around, and feed(we own a restaurant) drivers and o/o's operating out of 2 pretty good sized unloading terminals. Talk to them daily.

As the other guy stated, check out the job sites like the one on “the truckers report”. Or “craigslist” and “indeed.com “, my favorites.

I see many adds for O/O’s. Just enter “that word” along with “oilfield” and your in business.

Check out Craigslist and see what ya find pal. I'm gonna wing it and sign on with Eagle River to pull sand boxes. They were the only ones to actually call me back and give me details. My bad,1845 Oil Service’s did call but seen some bad reviews on them. Not sure if it was from company guys or owner ops. Amerifield had a pretty good offer but I don't want to buy a wagon. Good luck to ya

I live in the Houston Texas area. I have 13 months OTR. Any suggestions on companies to apply for in the oilfield. This is one girl who doesn't mind working hard. But I don't want to get short-changed either. PM me with any suggestions . God bless us all.

There are several offering pretty decent pay for company drivers. I seen a few owner ops hiring. I'd consider Amerifield. Just spoke with them today. They just started hiring a few for sandbox and housing and food for company driver with a guaranteed minimum payment per week if I remember correctly

I filled out an application at Amerifield. Spoke with recruiter Ronnie. He's checking into it, he believes I need 2 years of tractor trailer experience. I told him I have 13 months. Which it also States in my application. They do not offer health insurance. You drive yourself to orientation as well to the oilfield I was told.
So if by chance anyone knows any other companies that hire company drivers let me know please.
