Yep we called it pup in the little town I grew up in. Had a little market there sold a brand named Krey. Man when Ray kinder made you a sammich Mmm mmm mmm

There’s a bar north of here known for their fried bologna and it’s awesome, but you should try the bologna salad.

I don’t rightly know how to answer that one.
It’s not something I can eat often, but once in a while I just want some fried boloney. Lol.

 

Mama used to make a baloney salad when we were kids. She had a meat grinder that clamped to the counter. Had a hand crank on it. I would love to have a recipe for that stuff.
