Have a question for U @Hurricane69, believe I've seen U grill Schrimp

Do U put Olive Oil or anything on em and how long do U cook them?

 

We had 2 inches plus Sunday night into Monday afternoon

 

I put olive oil on everything. If I'm doing skewers I dust them with garlic and drizzle olive oil on them. If I'm doing them like that I shuck of the skins. Couple minutes on each side on a hot grill if it's only shrimp. Kabobs with mushrooms and peppers take longer.... Like four or five minutes per side.

If we do peel and eats just leave the shells on and put them in foil with garlic, olive oil, and a couple slabs of butter. Sometimes I add a ice cube. You can do them on lower heat up to a half hour if your real thirsty. Chili powder is also good on them.

I always check the poop shoot.....Sometimes they don't get them washed very good.

Best peel and eats I've had was on ixtapa island off the west coast of Mexico. We had a nice little beach to ourselves in a little cove off the West coast of the island. We had a little fella bringing us beverages all day. He took us guys on a walk to show us the iguanas and shared some of his grandfather's crops with us. The girls loved the shrimp also....still talk about it today.

When we left the island and got back to the dock there was 12 soldiers standing there at attention with big clips in their pee shooters....they were waiting on the boat for changing of the guards on the island.

Things were alittle tense down there at that time....they had just deregulated the banking industry.


But the shrimp was mighty tasty!!!!
