Where is everyone #5

Me three....we used to fill a 60x120 every year for a older fella that youda swore didn't have a penny to his name. One of the biggest ranches around here.

Then the guy that bailed with wire....them averaged 120 a bail.

Get in a rhythm and forget to look and the bale coming out of the shoot is when there would be a big ol' bull snake.....

Straw was like going on vacation..... Except for the dust.

 

Y'all ever wonder how we survived it?

 

Still up for debate.....as dad says "if I knew I was gonna live this long I would've took better care of my body. It's done wore out!!"

 

We turned on the air in the house and have the sweeper in the pool.....suppose to be in the 90's this weekend.

Go haul alittle bakery in the morning.... The kids on his way back from okc with blade haulin' supports.

 

Middle school and high school. Made 10 cents a bale in the mid 80's. 5 cents on the wagon and 5 cents to stack it in the barn.

 

Where was this little guy at?

 

Y'ALL was high paid. Late 80's first of 90's we got 3 and 3 total of 6 pennies apiece thought we was rich buy-n gas for 99 cents a gallon. Movie passes was 6.50 a piece

 

Hell, I kinda enjoyed it, and it was just what kids in high school did in the summer. That and move hand lines.
