All I am asking for is fact not fiction or rumor. I don't like to see anyone discuss a company or a person and not be able to prove that the statements they've made are true.
If I am doing something wrong please feel free to correct me and I'll change whatever I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

Rick, I am not defending Crete in any way, shape or form. If you re-read my posts, you'll see that. All I am asking for is proof. Don't want to hear or see rumor or fiction, just prove that:
    1. the driver was forced to drive when he shouldnt have, did he inform dispatch that he was unable to drive due to fatigue after coming off his reset?
    2. the safety man being unable to drive due to DUI's. Is this true or is it rumor or fiction? How does Skipper know this, let's see proof.
Just show me the proof and I'll apoligise for being wrong till the cows come home but until then I will continue to defend my stand about proof.

It's true . Drivers can't be forced but they can be pressured . http://www.jacksonville.com/tu-online/stories/062908/met_297156300.shtml .
Now since we're being asked to substantiate things , where did you come up with that restart ? Reports contradict that . Did you read the NTSB report I gave a link to ?

After reading and rereading SKipper's posts I am having trouble believeing that this is his true spelling. Now, Skipper, don't take offense, it's not meant that way. I really think that he's a very intelligent person who does use good grammer and spelling. This is just a front so no one will know the real person. What do 'ya think?

BTW Skipper, your comment about the safety guy is bogus. That was an old old rumor that went around long ago. You really should get your facts straight before you spread things about people that arent true. That's slander isnt it??? :biggrin_25525:

If he specifically said who that safety person was it would be slander at a minimum libel at maximum. He did not identify that person however, so it's neither.

Not necessarily. By specifying the office, he gave the ability for someone to deduce who the individual was. Especially if he just happens to be the only male in the office.

    luvtheroad Thanks this.

Skipper specified that it was "the head safety guy" thats pretty specific to me. LOL
Do you have proof Skipper? That's all I've been asking for is proof...
