IMHO only, I think it best to not worry a whole lot about learning to fill out a log book from the school. Each company will likely, or at least should, go over this in much detail on how "they" want it done. Becoming familiar is okay I suppose, but in the end, you'll get their lesson too meaning you've seen two ways to do it.

Umm, well it's a . . . actually it's more of a . . . no, it's a . . . a book with lines and stuff on it that truck drivers use to tell an approximate story of what they did for driving time, work time and rest time during the day.

the community college i went to was very thorough in log books. in fact we had to start logging everyday. also did some "trips" and did logs.

uh....laughing i appreciate all the help.....i really do....but i think i will just go visit my dad who drove for Roadway for 25+ years. I will make copies of some of these logs......honest i will !

i dont know where people even begin to find some of this stuff.....and i dont think i wanna know ! lol

so....if i understand you correctly.......um its sort of like writing a novel? well heck i can do that...i'll just go get me some blank notebooks and tell stories of what i ddo everyday. or would it be better to type it ? am i aloud to put in the parts where i flip people off? and last of all......can i get paid for writing this "book"Lilbit Thanks this.
