None was visible when I opened it, but after I put it all back together its run fine. I'm hoping something was just loose and not making a complete circuit. I'm not the best electrical guy, I'm pretty reliant on others for that voodoo.

Here's what I accomplished today. No leaks, works pretty good, draws 2 amps. I've just got to get the plywood covered with the vinyl sheet and the wires routed out of the way. The next project is going to be a shower on the catwalk.

I think I'm going to run a 4" PVC pipe painted black along the back of the sleeper to fill with water, it's .56 gallons per foot, and I'll probably go with 6 feet and a low flow showerhead. Or I'll just grab one of those camping shower bags to hang.

The shower rail will be 3/4" conduit that I'll bend in a U shape and build brackets so that it can flip up when not being used. I'll probably use carabiners for the curtain and have mounting points up high and low to prevent the wind from exposing all of my glory.

I'm going to have the cleanest, nicest smelling driveshaft on the road. I'll post some pics when it's done, but it's kind of low priority.

Sweet Jeebus, it's 99 dadgummed degrees in Omaha. There is apparently no Spring in Nebraska, it goes directly from snow to swealtering.

Truck is running good but I'm still going to have them pull it out and put it on the bench again. My load back only weighed 5100 lbs but I was bucking a 30mph headwind and my ECM milage was 10.9...much higher than it's ever been in comparable conditions which raises my eyebrow just a bit. Not going to fill it until Tuesday and then I'll pencil it out. I'm usually around .4 less than the ECM. Another anomaly is my fan has been kicking on at about 180 when it normally didn't trip until about 205.

    More later...

Why do you have a separate tank for the drain? It's perfectly legal to drain sink and shower water straight onto to the ground.

    NoBigHurry Thanks this.

Its a simple thing to go in and set the fan for kicking in at whatever temperature you want. Have it done while they are looking at the ecm otherwise it will be an hour charge to do it on its own.
