The laws of motion are indisputable, so it isn't just my belief that I'm right...I AM right. An object in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside force. When you are in a vehicle, and that vehicle is in motion, YOU are in motion. If an outside force (such as another car) suddenly alters the trajectory of the vehicle, unless something (such as a seat belt) acts upon your body to alter its trajectory to match the car's new path, your body WILL continue along on its previous path until something (door, window, dash, etc...) adjusts your direction. When that happens, you are no longer at the controls.MBAngel Thanks this.

It's because you can't fight warnings in a court. I feel it's injustice for that too. I got a warning for speeding entering Indiana, and I much would have rather had the ticket so that I could fight it.

You could've asked for the citation....
