Had my truck towed late last night..... This morning.
It lost all throttle and died when i came to a stop sign. Fuel filter was full of fuel.
I did notice that when this happened my head lights would not go off.

ECM power issue? Check the wire from the battery box to the ECM, could be broken wire or blown fuse? Or it could be something else, bad fuel pump?
ECM wire is easy to check, that is where I would start. If the ECM wire is good, have someone start the truck while you hit the ECM with a screwdriver handle. If it starts, it may be the ECM is due to be replaced. Again, easy to check and a good thing to rule out. -
Thanks. Ill start there. The more i think about it. The more i believe it is electrical. I thought it was a fuel filter..... It sputter on me about 10 miles earlier after i had made a quick turn. I was trying to get back to the yard.

Could be as simple as a lose connection at the battery.

Havent found anything yet.
My radio quit working 2 days ago. And when this happened my lights wont turn off........ -
Also. Have not had fuel come out of injector lines yet. Hoping another set of hands shows up soon

sounds electrical just because of the other electrical gremlins, but the low preasure fuel pump has a plastic gear pressed on a metal shaft. last time my mack acted like it was running out of fuel/plugged filters it was that plastic gear spinning on the shaft of the fuel pump
