I’m kinda the same way, HOWEVER, out here in the oil patch, it’s real hard to have stuff perfect. We are always on rough lease roads, mud even when it hasn’t rained cuz the frac tanks leak, sand dust in every nook n cranny every time we unload, etc.

The phrase “we can’t have nice things” comes to mind.

I’d just be happy to have some flaps on there. Lol.

I think after I put my stainless weights on, I shaved of an inch or so off the bottom.

 

Hey @Ruthless , do you get a crowd of people staring at you when you make a hard turn loaded because you hear "scraaaap....scaraaaaappppp..." from the weights draging the pavement???

LOL! , I woke a guy on a park bench up the other day in Portsmouth. I took that turn alittle fast and she started to lean like a boat. I had a grin from ear to ear

 

Lol idk if people look. I do what I do for me. I can occasionally hear them scrape on corners over the pipes so other people must could hear it too.

 

If it’s a flatbed making that noise there’s about a 90% chance it’s a TMC driver jack knifing his trailer...

At least that’s been my experience.
