How do you like your egg smoker. Brother has one and likes it but I've never been around when he uses it.
I just have a cheap Weber that I use a couple times a year to smoke a couple slabs of salmon and a dozen hard boiled eggs. Those things are addictive with a little Tabasco.

Sitting in front of my now finished in frame, drinking beer, in the rain, under a canopy, waiting for tomorrow to get here so that I can go borrow a pump to pre lube the motor so I can start it. Oh, I’m sitting in Rawze’s front yard.

Holy smokes what a couple days. I'm only 1100 miles into the trip and have 3300 before I'm back home. I'm loving every minute of this and haven't hit the real scenery yet.
Got to the J in OKC tonight (made BP in Vermilion, SD last night). Not as far as I would have liked both days, but Sunday I didn't want to finish at 11:30pm and be fighting for a spot three hours from now.
Looking to get to Conroe, TX tomorrow for pickup then be in the Midlothian, TX area tomorrow night (I had no idea Texas was so friggen huge). Wednesday I'm taking the US 287 north of Amarillo to get into Colorado and am looking at staying in Lamar for the night. If anyone knows a good BBQ place or steak house between Amarillo and Lamar, I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations. I'm looking for a proper Texas BBQ experience.
Thursday will be crossing Wyoming day. Hopefully I won't get too bogged down by any big hills and can make the Buffalo area. Then across Montana and into Alberta on Friday.
Not sure about delivery yet, but I would really like to unload before the weekend then have a stress free reset in Calgary. But who knows.
Once that's done, it's back to the yard, but would really like to pick something up going back to Winnipeg to make the company some extra cheese on the trip. The company in Calgary is paying all the miles (they seem desperate for this product to "try") empty or loaded, so I'm curious to see what I pickup that could be worth this much money to ship.
Fuel stop in Salina, KS.
@Tug Toy that wasn't you today going north on the I135/I35 was it?SAR, Shock Therapy, sawmill and 5 others Thank this.
