Cb shop take it to channel 5. We’ve got Connex, Galaxy, we got Astatic mics, we check and set swr’s. Kick it back to channel 5. Can you tell I’ve heard it before????

Sometimes I mess with her and ask for an SWR check.

Tell dispatch you need a load to Memphis during Memphis in May where the BBQ world championships are held. My wife’s uncle’s team took 6th place in the whole hog competition. I used to work for the tent company that provided all the tents to cook under and serve guests so I got to sample a lot of the food. There is some incredible tasting pork and chicken out there that doesn’t even get in the top 10, I can’t imagine how they decide on the winners.

Must be like wine tasting. Got to build up a "palette" for it. All I know is it all just tastes so ####ing good.

I know there are people out there who are picky about what "style" is better. Being from Canada and is not really knowing what proper "smoked meat" means, I don't care. Is it slow roasted over wood or coals and got that pink smoke ring? Line me up a plate.

And honestly, if I stopped going through Ontario, got a 75-80mph truck and came down here on a weekly basis, I wouldn't complain. It's gain weight for sure, but only for the best reasons.

Jump on 287 just north of you and follow it through to I20
    then 287/I820 north to I35W
this is the quickest Hasmat route through
DFW from I45 to I35 north and the least amount of construction. I also found it quickest when running flat/step on the Edmonton-Houston run for 5 years in the 2000s
