I was gonna say the same thing. Wasn’t trying to make a fool of the guy. You just have to look at it at the right perspective

This is great “you saw a guy towed off with deleted stuff”
“You saw”
All you saw was a truck being towed. But of course your gonna say you knew the make year and model. You saw what looked to be a newer model with straight pipes right? Well all trucks can be ordered with straight pipe appearance. Maybe you saw no def tank? Well there’s ways around that. You sure it wasn’t pre def? You sure it wasn’t a glider? Since when do they tow trucks away with a emissions violation? Next your gonna say you didn’t just “see” but you know the full story. Rumors are not cool dude. All you saw was a broke down truck being towedRuthless Thanks this. -
Yeah yours lol....been running in and out of NYC for 30 plus years and I don't miss the brown haze over the cross Bronx .
Emissions deletes are fine for those that don't do what I do .Bugsy1108, Broke Down 69, 06driver and 1 other person Thank this. -
That’s because New Jersey sucks.Broke Down 69 and 06driver Thank this.

This is one reason I hope that electric trucks make it to market. I want to be able to open my windows and breathe fresh air, not fumes. You'd think the deniers would appreciate an American made truck without emissions and plenty of power.
Bugsy1108 Thanks this. -
You’re a good man sir and I salute you for being an old school trucker. Even though we may have different opinions on diesel emisissionsbzinger Thanks this.

Well, in fairness to him I did read in here once about trucks being shut down in California and having to be towed out of state.Cam Roberts Thanks this.

Yet you chose a profession in what you think is killing people. That’s classic

8 to 9 MPG is very doable, just keep your foot out of it and your boost low. Proper gearing in the truck too. And if done correctly, a truck will pass an emissions test.Cam Roberts Thanks this.
