So, as others said, have a breakdown that mysteriously fixes itself once your 8 hour SB is up. But by the sound of it, you've already moved on. Lessons for next time..

 

He hasn't learned anything. Just a very angry person. Just going to drive blood pressure up, (as if there wasn't enough reasons for that already in this line of work), resulting in early death.

Here's something for you to think about before you get violent with someone trying to settle something , as you say " like real men"
The first time I went to the joint I used to go to the iron pile every day at yard call with this guy.
Then one day he tells me why he's doing life without.
He got into a bar fight , ya know settling things like a real man. Clocked the guy with one punch to the temple and he dropped and never got up.
