What's up guys, I'm having a bit of a problem and I'm hoping one of yall can point me in the right direction here, the truck is a 2005 pete, with an mxs twin turbo engine. At first we had no boost, (waste gate malfunction, and leaks) now that the leaks have been repaired and new high pressure turbo installed, we only get Max 10 psi boost, I've checked all the boots, CAC, precooler, checked turbos (new one too just in case) for broken shafts or bent turbine fins, the fuel pressure at idle sits at 64 and under load 85, no diagnostic codes, only fault code that was registered before was speed sensor fault, but has since been replaced and is working, anything will help, thanks!
C15 mxs twin turbo only reaching 10psi max?

Exhaust restriction? Can you see through the mufflers? No birds nests or anything?
Is it black smoking?
And thirdly, are you using the stock gauge with the sintered brass filter in the line at the motor? Clean or replace the filter and/or try another gauge.SAR, spsauerland and HDiesel Thank this. -
Turned out to be exhaust restriction, good call, getting up to 40 psi boost now.

blocked exhaust causes pressure build up to act as load for the turbine wheel. the load reduces the speed the turbine wheel can spin reducing the efficiency of the whole compound system
