Arrived at the receiver, put myself "on duty", checked in and got my bills signed, came back to the truck and went into the sleeper, physically and on the ELD. After I was unloaded, the receiver woke me up and said, BYE. The ELD kept me in the sleeper for another 1 and a half hour and then it finally put me driving. Have no idea what went on or how this happened.

    Lots of Could-Be's:
    - Could Be... A Glitch. Keep an eye on it. Some of the apps "correct themselves."
    - Could Be... ECM not reporting properly.
    - Could Be... Compromised connection to ECM (i.e. cords, plugs, etc). Or, Are you getting any Malfunction or Diagnostic Notifications?
    - Could Be... A Bug. Call Support.
    - Could Be... The mobile device you're using was turned off?

I would record the correct hos on paper and call safety, and tell them what happened and tell them you are on paper, it is malfunctioning.

The person who monitors the ELDs stated that he would edit today's log and when I leave early tomorrow to let him know how it is recording. I left the receiver @8:45am, it kept me in the sleeper until 10:15am and then put me driving.

You must’ve stayed under 5mph the whole time you were driving, so it kept you in your current duty status. ELD’s never glitch

It happens all of the time on mine...The GPS stops pinging location and is not reading the engine...Reset the truck adapter and it is back working..Sometimes it says connected but really is not. I drove over 3 hours while off duty the other day....looked down and thought oh well!

Try resetting your data cache on your device.

RMN DC 200 seem to start glitching after about 20 days.
