@ShooterK2 and @Bear135, looks to be a bit toasty in your neck of the woods tomorrow.

That map brings back flashbacks of hauling furniture. It was summer time, and apparently Oklahoma had outlawed docks, so I was tailgating 100 piece loads to the ground in 100 degree weather. Ponca City, Enid, Durant, Fort Sill, Lawton etc it was all I can handle.Tug Toy, ShooterK2, 4mer trucker and 6 others Thank this.

I didn't use to mind the heat. I got really overheated about 5 years ago building pens. My helper half carried me back to the pickup to get in the AC. Ever since then, I struggle with heat issues.OLDSKOOLERnWV, Tug Toy, cke and 14 others Thank this.

I'm over this whole truckin' deal or everything in general today...
I'm getting rid of all my junk and buying myself a new bike this summer, sure wouldn't mind just riding off into the sunset.OLDSKOOLERnWV, Tug Toy, cke and 13 others Thank this. -
We had translucent top vans with no vents, so it was 120+ in there. I am unloading and have 3 to 5 guys taking the furniture from the tailgate. Lawton was the first time I ever said “guys, I gotta stop for a minute and rest”. Tailgating that 20k load pays well, but you earn every penny,OLDSKOOLERnWV, Tug Toy, ShooterK2 and 12 others Thank this.

In Carrington, ND for the night. 615 miles on the day, 23 minutes left, 866 miles out from the customer in St. Albert, AB. Have 16hrs and 44mins left on the clock. Should make Lloydminster tomorrow then get in early for my 9am appointment at the job site on Saturday.
Flying J in Acheson is a mile from the job site.
I'm so happy the customer will receive on Saturday, means I just have to wait till 10am Sunday morning to get 10 hours back and cover most of the way home.
Unfortunately, I only have about an extra hour to play with for any possible delays I might encounter. Should be able to fuel only once in Minot and save the trouble of dicking around in Regina or S'toon.
Going to be a real photo finish here boys.OLDSKOOLERnWV, Tug Toy, ShooterK2 and 10 others Thank this.
