If you're interested in dump trucking with a B license look for a 10-wheeler or super 10 dump truck job. a super 10 is a term they use for a tri-axle look around on Craigslist there's a lot of turnover and if you can shift gently you should be alright. I would go to your closest asphalt plant put on your vest shoes pants and hard hat and walk around the drivers and use your talking skills if you speak Spanish you're definitely good to go if not it might take a little longer but there's always somebody looking for a driver. If you need help p.m. me I'm in Anaheim I've been dump trucking for 20 years down here in SoCal I have a bunch of connections I always hear that it's impossible to find a good driver.

What city do you live in go to the asphalt plants there's probably 20 + Southern California if you have to go make some business cards that says your professional driver with your phone number on it and go shoot the breeze with some truckers who are standing around waiting for a load

RJ Noble, All American Asphalt, Vulcan Materials, Holliday Rock, blue Dimond, play around on the internet and just find out where the hot plants are and put on a vest you can even drive your car in the most of these places or up to the entrance where trucks pass by and just start talking

And you can always do Ready Mix Concrete. A lot of asphalt places have concrete places next door, and you can probably find a job driving a bottom dump doing Sand and Gravel or something if you're just trying to stay local. Nowadays it's almost all drivers not very many owner Ops and drivers are usually pretty helpful in coughing up information. That's how I do all my on the job research when I'm trying to find work.

I live in riverside but im close by fontana and i went to holiday rock on mission in ontario but unfortunately becuase i was under 21 their insurance wasnt able to cover me. And also unfortunately i dont have any endorsements either so i figure a super10 truck is something i could do and i know Robertsons couldnt hire me too.

Yeah in the dump truck world there's a whole bunch of small fleets that really don't give a crap as long as you have a clean record and a willingness to learn and drive and be nice to the truck some of those guys have between 2 and 10 trucks usually those are your best bet but the big companies can probably be a little more picky
