2012 Cascadia 113 DEF issues

    Vehicle: 2012 Cascadia 113
    Engine: Detroit HDEP DV15 12.8l I-6, AIR

    Stop engine light is flashing, DEF light flashing, Check Engine light solid
    Replaced DEF filter canister. Replaced SCR outlet sensor.
    Truck wont go into regen, engine will shutdown after 5 minutes of running.

    Current fault codes (using MaxiSys CV): DEC61SPN1037 (excessive hydro carbon)

    Kinda lost on what to check next.

    Do you have access to software to perform a force regen? And I would check the clutch pedal and brake pedal to make sure they are not triggering the sensors.

    Sounds like you need to reset DPF maintence monitor. Do not know if MaxiSys will do that.
