FRAUD - PREMIER FREIGHT LOGISTICS - CHRIS MILLER

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! THEY LIED AND SWEET TALK TO YOU TO HAUL THEIR FREIGHT.
THEY EVEN HELPED TO TARP A LOAD JUST TO GET IT TO THE LOCATION - WATCH OUT CHRIS MILLER (PREVIOUS EMPLOYER : Superior Nationwide).
I had booked this two loads with Premier Logistics and Chris Miller President of this company begged and promised to pay this two load. I have text messages that he promised to pay the loads and now he stated on text messages that he is out of business, that he planned to pay me but since he had repair his home after hit hurricane him hard he needed to make money and lie to us and haul this freight for him, knowing that he was going out of business.
Harvey Hurricane happened in August 2017, why did he bothered to contract Southstar Trucking to haul the freight if he was having money issues. I feel like this was a fraud ! knowing that he was in a bind and not able to pay for these two invoices.
I want to report his company for lying to Southstar Trucking especially when he promised to pay and as of now he had refused my text messages and calls.
On one of his text messages stated that he was going to collect money and it's been almost 6 months.
