Brown doesn’t have driver facing cameras. Just road facing cameras

Received an email that we will be getting the Lytx installed. I don't know if it just Eagle Express Lines or includes Hovestol and Eagle Atlantic also. So I guess it is decision time. I like the job but this is probably a deal breaker.
I stand by my previous statement. If you need to install cameras to babysit your people you need to change your hiring practices. This news has only solidified that thought. As I watched our hiring standards lowered in the last couple of years, our incidents have gone up. More and more incidents has now equalled cameras in the truck. Why don't companies just make the decision to lower their hiring standards and install the cameras at the same time.
Going to try to upload an excerpt from Lytx that says your dispatcher cannot look in on you. However, there are some posts on here that seem to contradict that. Screenshot_20180614-133609_Adobe Acrobat.jpg

Had a Lytx camera in a previous trukk. A red light comes on when they are doing a "snapshot". Could be triggered by a pothole or "abnormal" driving event. Gave it the one finger salute most times. Never heard anything from management about that. If blowing my nose or adjusting my nuts while driving I just covered interior facing camera. Not much to worry about unless you're one of the schmukks who watches videos while going down the road.
