Thank you. I actually just got off the phone with the VP and he stated that we will NOT be charged and he is offering us a similar route better pay and almost as good home time. I told him my frustrations with big company and that I still want a pay raise. Then we will consider staying. We already had a job lined up. But he is offering us a better deal to be honest but after all this garbage I’m wondering if it is worth it. He will be calling back and we will be getting down to the nitty gritty.

We have already been sitting waiting for a load to get us to the Indy terminal for two days we have been sitting. They routed us 100 miles to the terminal in Denver CO. Been sitting since yesterday. So we decided to turn the truck in here and were told that we can’t do that. But I actually got off the phone not that long ago with the VP and we got some things cleared up. We will NOT be charged. And he is offering us a better position that fits our needs. It blows my mind how once you FINALLY get in touch with the right person that wants you to stay you get problems solved!Jarhed1964, x1Heavy, Bean Jr. and 1 other person Thank this.

Get it in WRITING with numbers and a signature.
Don't just take their word for it.
THIS includes the waiving of the $500 and the offer. If it is a real offer, it will have his signature on it and then copy it, send the copy back with your signature to accept it.TheyCallMeDave, CorsairFanboy, sevenmph and 10 others Thank this. -
Yeah he is sending everything via email.x1Heavy Thanks this.

This is one of the biggest issues facing company drivers of mega companies. They can put whatever they want to on one's DAC report. This can be a real headache to the driver, and can be a real fight to appeal the accusations. Many of our members are correct. The company will make false promises, and run y'all all over the country, keeping you as far away from Indie as possible. Thus, keeping you moving loads, and are using bullying tactics as to the financial, headaches, and reporting a false accusation upon y'alls DAC report.
I had this happen man, many years ago with a company. It took me, and my wife years to get the accusations off my DAC. That is when we decided to buy our own fleet of trucks, and run our own product. We wish you two the best, and hope you two find a way home, and possibly a company that will work with you in the future.silverspur, x1Heavy and TruckingSexy Thank this. -
When my wife and I first started, covenant made us wait 2 weeks in California for a load back.x1Heavy and TruckingSexy Thank this.

Your at a company terminal. There's nothing they can do to you.
Except if you wait and they put a load on you.
Right now you can tell them to put that truck where the sun never shines, and walk away clean.DTP, sevenmph, Rocknroller4 and 5 others Thank this. -
Might want to make a game plan. Look how they've treated you so far. So some guy on the other end of a phone makes some promises. I wouldn't move that truck till all the "t"s are crossed and the "I" s dotted on a contract. But that's me. Good luck.

Thank you driver. I spoke with the VP and he got this #### fixed. And even got us to stay. I’ve been telling them for days to let me talk to the VP. I’ve had to deal with him before.x1Heavy Thanks this.
