    1100 before i back out. scored liner on #6, Turbo was putting compression in the crank case thru return oil line, stretched hold down bolts on the injectors

    never had any head problems
    not sure , maybe 90,0000 miles,i only run 35,000 a year

    2stick.......the box ####### injection timing.......this creates alot of extra heat. I'm surprised the turbo held together for any amount of time, pushing this much boost. Retarded timing also drives the turbo harder. I've seen too many come apart with a box. The problems you listed are common with using them with bigger than stock injectors. I'd go to the 59's and a Stage 5 turbo. Throw the box away.

    Order 59's & stage 5 last night, still need exhaust manifold , thinking about the PDI, any body running one.

    Thanks for the welcome, MXS 475/1850 in 06 columbia 265k mi. engine harness only repair so far .been good. ran like a turd when new. hated it! runs great now. heres whats been done. pitt cat box first( barely use it now) removed exhaust after treat now straight thru muffs, fuel press was 84 now 118 psi. up upped gph on fuel to about 120gph. Davco 382 w/50 mic filter .restriction under 1 in. foam air filter. ( filter can under hood is small so this helped quite a bit) had independent mech run overhead. he set it different than cat. set inj height lower than spec saying it would advance timing slightly. i was surprised how good it ran. will go back to him in future.
    picked up solid .6 mpg after these mods. have 120 k mi on truck since this alls been done. so, what now? thanks
