That is what I'm doing to...Even better now that pulling a trailer is not in question.
I heard the director of the FMCSA live at a meeting saying no mileage limit on PC but that was a couple of months ago..I guess they changed their minds!....F-ers! -
Guys there was never a miles limit on pc, it was about reasonable use of pc, but it has to be a company policy plus the states have to agree to it, which is the catch.
Also it has not passed the courts test in any lawsuit, an laden vehicle used for commercial purposes has legal definitions at the state level outside the fmcsa regs that trump the fmcsa.
What they did was screw it up even more and there has to be a purpose of more definitive regs in the near future. -
We have a household division. We've been dropping trailers in subdivisions at the 13 hour mark.
I guess somebody got pissed. -
