Thanks, for sharing this. Can I ask what was the miles on this scernaio? Gross pay was 877, but your check was actually 1183.- correct? I know it's because of per diem. I would like to know what the "take home pay per mile"

There's a whole wall of sucker's one dollar bills in the orientation room to prove you wrong, I don't need to bother with proving you all wrong. The percentage pay for lease purchase own authority was cut off for anyone but those already on it. They are working on a new program right now.

Actual net take home not counting insurance our any deductions you may opt for but just deducting taxes will be around 30 cpm give or take depending on you tax status. That will be approx net take home.that will drop allot if you start adding insurance...etc

so in the guys scenario he may have drove around 3943 miles for the week? 1183/.3 = 3943 or 3943×.3 = 1183.

As company drivers, we experienced only the worst of the worst at this company. From day one, we were set up to fail financially, without any cooperation or even an ounce of compassion from anyone higher up than our fellow drivers. When we weren't spending days to a week waiting on our truck to be repaired (without receiving their promised breakdown pay or a loaner truck), we were dealing with payroll and forced to live on our twice weekly advances equalling only $200. I missed 5 pre-scheduled home times due to our incapable DMs apparently not knowing east from west. As a mother desperately trying to get her daughter back from an abusive ex husband, those weekends are cherished and extremely important. Yet, despite knowing this, we were just fed more empty promises that it would "get under control." Never happened and now I'm being dragged back to court by her dad for missing my weekends. Furthermore, we paid an extra $100 for our refrigerator (service contract says $400, we paid $500), we were never paid detention except for twice (we are owed for being held about 2 dozen times), rider policy deductions weren't deducted monthly but instead the company deducted 3 months worth from one check. By the time we finally gave up and left, we had received 3 negative paychecks in a row and not been paid at all for 2 weeks prior to that. Once I finally did a detailed audit of our pay summaries I was literally appalled at just how many "mistakes" the company made at our expense. Our final breaking point came when that audit revealed we weren't even paid for our first load, in which we had to turn around halfway to the shipper and sit in the shop for 3 days. Never paid for sitting then either. How an entire service department can't repair a GPS unit, is beyond me. I'll tell you this though, don't expect Freymiller to compensate you or even care that you spend an average 5 hours per week maneuvering out of residential areas or weight restricted roadways. Oh, one last important "perk"... When you do finally quit because your starving after months of no pay and scrounging for change, Freymiller will ever so kindly, make you foot your transportation bill home.

TB John and Lonesome Thank this.
