My truck sticks out 4 ft past everyone else's. I'd wager that @superhauler would stick out 10-12ft farther.

They don't park in truck stops. They have usually been around long enough to know all the other places to park and usually run in a "reginal" capacity.

Not my style, but If I knew everywhere I was going like the back of my hand, it could be a nice change.

What a waste to have a wheel base that long and only at 36 or 48 inch coffin box. Pfft

The long frame trucks in the west were built to the old bridge formula. You had to be 60’ overall to get max weight. The long trucks would give you the length you needed for max weight, when you were pinned to something like a 36’ end-dump or 42’ deck.

It worked cause it got your attention didn't it!!! It did what it was meant to do lol

Most livestock haulers take a huge amount of pride in their trucks..... it's a sharp truck

    Actually I don't think he's hardcore enough, or he'd have an 18 or 24.

    G13Tomcat and Bakerman Thank this.

While I'm not that long, I'm longer than most. You get real good at planning your stops so you don't have to put your front end out for swift to rip off.

A little extra planning ain't a bad trade off to have a nice ride.
