    Sorry, but that is quitting territory. I word for the company, not the broker. I don't care how or when the company gets paid, I get paid on a regular schedule. If I wanted to have random pay days, I'd go start my own company.

    Not to mention if things are so tight he can't pay me until the broker pays, things are too tight to be hiring drivers.

    Paying when the broker pays them!?!?! That's just shameful. They're not even allowed to do that by law. They're supposed to pay in a timely manner
