Then i want my 3 out of 4 weekends home and im told not to fight the dispatch on loads and put on a load that i can run through the house with just so they can have me late, let me rephrase that, if i take this load through the house like i was told i could im late on load! That was my first load. Im quitting, they suck! Oh and i worked for cfi conway for four years, night and day difference. Cfi is a good company, when i quit i had good reason but not on them, it was problems at home and they rented me a car to drive 300 miles home with all my stuff.

It's true & the company he is refering to is HEARTLESS EXPRESS.
Evidence- They do southwest regional
Evidence - New hire starting rate same as his
Evidence - They now own GTI & IDC both former NW carriers with runs out of & too that area.
Evidence - before I left my short stay at IDC they started converting part of your miliage rate to hourly because of left coast labor laws.
Example- you drive 100 miles & it takes two hrs. You are paid $44 & it is shown as $22 hourly plus $22 in performance bonuses on payroll. Not paid $11 per hr, just part of your miliage rate converted to hourly. They have to show log hours to the state at a hourly rate.& that rate has to exceed state minimum wage.
