I'm sitting down at the mexican restaurant. After waiting 1hr 45 mins on the load, 625 miles and 2 stops I am ordering a Tbone steak.

Thanks to you they won't be sneaking tripe past me. I earned a steak by God.

 

Took three to get that wheel seal changed.... This supervisin' is rough on a guy I'll tell ya...

 

Don't let em' sucker ya in to the special.... They cut thatin' of the fightin' bull soon as they drug him outta the ring.

I'm still sittin on a bakery.....ain't been a real profitable week...there's always next week....

Man from oklahoma called throwed some money at me. Says they is 3 weeks work in the high desert for me if I wanna go.

Can't decide if I want to do that or just keep bumming around the house

 

Made Big Chief Travel Plaza in Fergus Falls, MN. 601 miles from where I started at 4 am this morning. Sure feels good to actually get a "full day" in out of Chi-town.

Getting more and more frustrated with the 14 hour rule and elogs. But what can I do? I doubt the company will buy me a 1980-1999 Pete to run on paper.

Oh well, house first, then we go from there.

Truck is in for safety next week. Getting put into an auto. At least it's a 388 though. Going to Portland, IN running convoy with a good friend to the same place. At least this truck will do 67 and I likely won't be seeing any of Ontario. I don't know what I'm going to do with nothing to do while driving. Hopefully I won't start licking the windows.
