I wish I had a camera on hand the one time I saw a cop jump a red light because he thought it turned green. I've lost count of the amount of times I've seen cops tailgating and speeding on a "donut run". And don't get me started on the time I saw a cop pass somebody on the oncoming traffic lane, much to the dismay of the person turning left in front of him. So yes I stand by what I say. Many cops could stand to relearn defensive driving.

Up in WI yesterday, a Cop was leaving a Acc site and was reading his report while driving. I was on his right side and he slowly veered over to the 3rd lane almost hitting another driver. I just shook my head when he looked to see if I saw it.

That'd make you a potential witness.
    Ya reckon.

Would you be testifying for the defense or the prosecution?
Then again, ....... it could be both.

    Your honor ----
    The court calls WiseGuyWireLess -----

yea, this is a b.s. law they're tying to pass. I live and drive in Colorado and my current route takes me over 4 mountain passes (2 lane highway.) I can just see having to pull over at every possible place I can just so 5 cars can pass me and then starting up again once they pass. I'll be going slower then, than I was in the first place.

The average four wheeler mentality strikes again. And these are the freaks Colorado wants to make happy.

"This is histerical, I LOVE this proposed bill!! It is soooo fustrating for someone like myself who was born and raised in Boston to come out to Colorado Springs and be on the verge of a heart attack from the amount of fustration and anger I get while driving, Espically when I have some do-gooder doing 24mph in a 25mph zone, im pretty sure even just 5 miles over the speed limit wont kill you or anyone else, nor will it get you pulled over! I would say 10-15 over the speed limit but I then need to remind myself what state I am in again! haha. People complain saying others need to have "patients" yeah well maybe you all should stop being so rude and pull over to let people by, I mean it will only take 30-60 seconds of your time to pull over and let people by."

"House bill 1042 would force drivers to pull over if they're going under the speed limit and have at least five cars behind them."

This is the part that worries me. So now they're requiring people to go EXACTLY the speed limit? What if a truck is governed at 65 and the speed limit is 70? And what is "at least five cars behind them"? Five cars crammed within a certain distance? Or five cars all the way to the horizon? Seems to me this is another case of overlegislating and people would rather punish the good drivers instead of correcting the bad ones. This is so unenforcable. There's no way the cops can keep up with whatever they deem "slow drivers".
