    Wondering the same thing myself.
    So far I'm getting $20 to $23 an hr offers from Midland-Odessa area.
    I won't do Haz-Mat.

    85 k for water hauler is darn good..of course Midland Odessa is the pits. The only skyline they have are the railroad tracks....

    Looks like it's dirty work. The trucks look filthy, and the drivers I see look pretty grubby as well.

    It is and they are........Never made more $$ in my life than when I was in the patch......never been more dirty/miserable either. Took a 50% pay cut to be able to sleep in my bed every night and not get beat half to death on lease roads............last convo I had with a buddy still working in the Permian,he stated a 3hr wait to eat at Chili's was fairly common:eek::eek::eek:
