Left hand hurts from steering all day

    I was driving my truck for most of the day and by the end of day my left hand started to hurt, mostly where the thumb connects to it. Any ideas what I can do, maybe some exercises or some such?

    Get power putty. They come in different resistance levels. You can mix different resistance levels together to create one you are comfortable with. 20180612_225714.jpg

    Also, go to google and punch in "xtensor hand strengthener". I recommend getting two with spare bands.
