handicapped parking

You said it, "mild handicap". If you have a mild handicap then you shouldn't even have a placard. My wife has been suffering from severe fibromyalgia for almost 10 years now. Can hardly move around the house and they won't even issue her one. It is a massive chore for her to even get in the truck and she doesn't get a placard, let alone drive a truck ever again. I don't care what you say, if you can drive a trucks and do all the chores in line with this job, then NO, you don't need a placard. If you don't like that, then retire and take your "reserved" parking with you.

 

I think when you get a medical degree, have driven for 52 years and over 4 million miles accident free, then maybe you can tell me where to park. In the time I feel sorry for your wife because of her disease and because she is married to an inconsiderate one hit fool like yourself. Have a wonderful life steering wheel holder.

I also have fibromyalgia. On bad days the placard is a life saver. I'm widowed, no one to take care of me if I don't work. I dont appreciate your cavalier attitude towards people who still drive truck...aka work...but have handicap tag.

I'm too young to retire, can't afford not to work to try to get social security. I guess I could live in a tent and beg. If all it takes for me to remain a driver is to be able to park close to the building, I would hope i could have that.
And as for your wife, assuming she has a decent physician, there is no reason why they could not fill out the paperwork for a handicap tag for her
