I work at a service center and have done a few 3 axle alignments on volvo tractors. Every time I need to align the drive axles I have to improvise a tool for the alignment cams. I'm sure there is a specialty hex key tool out there that would make my job easier but searching the internet hasn't yielded any helpful results. Does anyone know where I can find this tool?

    Oldironfan Thanks this.

I believe it’s just a 12 mill Allen if I’m not mistaking might be bigger but I have used an Allen more than a few times

5/8" Allen socket and a 1/2" drive long handle ratchet. One for each side. In the absence of the Allen socket, the head of a 7/16" bolt fits perfectly. Double nut the bolt and use an 11/16" socket. Not impossible with one person, but much easier if one person is tensioning the cams and another tightens the pin.
