    Took about a month till I got the E-mail of " every thing looks good but to finalize we want to talk to your current employer and need your O.K. to do so." Gave the O.K. and a bit over 2 weeks later was sitting in orientation.

    Seven or 8 weeks total but I held thing up for a week. in the middle to time my departure from previous place.

    3 weeks to get approved. 2 more weeks being the chew toy for Landstar, Freightliner, Daimler, and ADOT. 1 week to drive to orientation, orientation, drive home, DH to trailer ( in the worst no freight area on earth ), 2 days hook to first load.

    Well, just turned down $4 mile not on the board the day I hit Phoenix.

    So, now I'm unplugging the phone as well as not looking at the board.

    Agent I do a lot for. "Just call when you're ready. "
