    Can anyone tell me what the laws are regarding overweight tickets? My company knows that over 80% of the loads I am sent after will be overweight but have recently decided I must pay the tickets. Can they do this?

    Why would they not be able to? You, the driver, have always been responsible for weight. If it's not legal refuse to run it. If no scales are handy get the company to put scales on the truck, or find a company that runs legal.

    See, you are the reason these companies get away with running illegal. It's up to you to not work for them.....
