I searched for that, didnt find it. LCT seems interesting to me, reefer cause there is more freight to haul, they have tri packs, and have some kind of refresher course(i can still drive my butt off, but companies dont like it when u haven't been employed or behind the wheel for a wile). They would have to be better than the last company i was with 1 month.

 

im bout to start with lct and was wondering how good is the company for me as a solo driver?

They have a high turnover due in most part to driver dissatisfaction. During orientation, they will scrutinize every minute detail of the last 10 years of your work history. Had a trainer that took first place for being the biggest retarded clown I have ever met. Most people only last about 1-3 months with them. Even if you have years of experience, you will hate working there. Best advice is to just simply stay away.

 

Is lct going to be a super service name brand or stay separate?

 

I worked for them for one year in 98
One of the worst companies to work for
All u do is unload flowers for free and
They will send you to east coast mostly if your solo just a bad carrier none of there drivers were happy nothing but liars and
Cheap pay to much work and now there out of business figures.
