It's not just a few people , there a hundreds of pages full of people describing the same things about heartless.
Then there's all the drivers at Gordon and Interstate that got royally screwed after the buyouts and left.

The last month I worked for Heartland I averaged $400 a week in pay. I wouldn't call that soft, I would call that stupid for staying. If you're happy there, good for you. Me, I like making an honest wage for an honest days work. I'll make sure I give you a honk as I blow past you doing the speed limit.RustyChops41, Trucker61016, Aamcotrans and 1 other person Thank this.

You call this a good job.
Your sitting while on the road and you get no
Time off when it's time to go home.
Your just wasting time and money running like that. -
Your running 2000 miles a week at heartland.
That's 3/12 days work.
Your sitting for free the rest of the week.
Only a supertrucker could handle all those miles.Maj. Jackhole and Aamcotrans Thank this. -
I never had to sit and wait for a load and average at least 2300 miles per week and have 800usd paychecks and there have been times I had only 1800 miles weeks and still made 600 usd. The driver managers here expect Mac 15s every time you pick up a load so they can plan another load for you. I am also a holdover from interstate as I never left.
-
Home time has never been a problem for me as I planned my Home time weeks in advance and remind my dm a week before I am suppose to be home
