Interesting, I have not heard this. A friend of mine has been running for them for around 6 months, and I had not heard this before.

Mega carriers suck. I know, as I have been with DHT for just over 6 months. Just call CJ at DHT and talk to him. Get the real info from the source.smokey12 Thanks this. -
Sorry all, HD_Renegade is correct. That paper is old. Most recently we had a overhaul of our pay structure. Adding per dime and bumping out pay. Check it out.
HD_Renegade and smokey12 Thank this. -
DHT Average Length of Haul is 1450 Miles. There are No Refers & No Snow Chains. DHT has No NorthWest, No NorthEast & No Florida customers. DHT has Multiple Company Owned Yards & Shops. DHT is 60% Drop & Hook. The DHT Live Loads are a blessing compared to the long waits, and rude/stressed people at many grocery warehouses. The DHT Qualcomm is Quiet, and the dispatchers don’t nag you. Light Loads are very common...DHT has Nice People, and a Relaxed Environment. OTR doesn’t get easier

The "extra stop" flat pay is very common in the industry, and to clarify, that amount is (usually) in addition to your miles, if any (due to the zip-to-zip formula) between the stops. For example, if it's $15 per extra stop, and you have three drops in three cities with different zip codes, you get your miles PLUS $30. Usually applies to pickups as well.
