Well its back to spending money on the unit. Cat Shop put truck on dyno and put updated spring kit in my fuel pump, new check valve in the secondary filter body, and also replaced my primary filter assembly with a canister type that they use on the large generators. New reman #4 injector again, but now my fuel pressure is where it belongs. 644hp at back wheels with the engine fan locked on. (they said that this style engine fan takes about 45hp to run), so I am just short of 700hp at the back wheels. They said very healthy, and nothing to worry about.
Still shaking, so took to my local guy, and he removed all drive shafts, took to machine shop and had all new ujoints, new carrier bearing, new slip joint on one of the shafts, and balanced all 3 shafts.
First load today.
Still a growl, under load. Where the _____ do I spend my $ next. I still get the speedometer to jump when going into a pull around 64mph. Could this be coming through my motor from the Air Compressor. The cat guy did say they do have some problems with this style air compressors doing some really weird things.

It needs to have a DVA put on it and taken for a road test. Driveline Vibration Analyzer is made by Eaton and it is a collection of sensors that mount on the truck and based of the speed/frequency of the vibration it can figure out where it comes from. Super handy tool. I have used it to point out out of balance tires, improperly balanced driveshafts and ride height.
Vibration complaints are the hardest to diagnose without driving the truck. The terminology of describing what is happening varies too much. Once you have experienced many different trucks with different problems it becomes way easier to diagnose.
Also check your clutch adjustment. If there is no free play the pedal will put all of the torsional vibration into the floor and it sounds horrible.
I attached a screen shot of my latest drive with dva. Most dealerships should have access to a DVA machine.
