So i went to school and got my class A. I recently got a new social security number because my brother used it and I've been detained several times until they could run my prints and positively id me.
So A) do i need to notify my states dmv of this?
    B) I haven't used this new number for anything at all yet, credit under my old number is seriously jacked due to my brother. But I'm having a hard time fixing my credit.
    C) I have misdemeanor convictions for disorderly conduct and violating a disorderly conduct no contact order from a divorce. And that's it, driving record is clean.

How difficult is it going to be for me to get a job that requires me to be bonded?

How did you go about getting a new SS number?

social security took a sworn statement from me, I provided incident report numbers to them for the incidents. I guess they got the reports from the police agencies and verified my claims. 6 weeks later a new card with a new number showed up.

I had to go through a ss change due to a house fire and looters. Yes, you must notify dmv esp if you have a cdl. Once you file with all the right agencies you should never have any questions asked after that, searches only show when the ss number was established.

You learn something new every day. According to the Social Security website, one of your biggest problems is not having a credit history under the new number.

Yes, it is a slow process, but once you have established a couple of lines credit comes easier. I might also add I did a name change as well.

If you apply for credit and was refused, that's a new credit history. Eventually you will get a credit card.

It will be yours to take care of.

This is where the scammers come in. They imaginary a ss number. Run fake credit applications, fail it fail it fail it and boom one day they get a actual card based on that imaginary number. RUN it up to the max and then walk away with the loot. The holder of the credit card has nothing or no one to prosecute because that number has never been issued yet.

They are migrating away from certain specific criteria when issuing new SS numbers now. It is not hard to construct a valid number on me with the old SS number if you knew where I was born and where I called my first address. Boom valid number. Easy pasy.

Medicare also uses the same number for their accounts. That is being replaced as I write this Nationally. I expect to get two new cards. A new SS number and a new Medicare number that has nothing to do with one or the other sometime this year.

Part of the problem is also dating way back to when they started issuing SS numbers to babies just born. It's not hard at all to create a so called imaginary ss number that will be treated as valid even if the child is only 1 year old. Or pull in a few illegal children and present them to DHS saying they never got a SS number because you never knew to get one for them as a parent. (HA...)

This isnt about working around the system. But everyone is finally beginning to simply disregard the specific SS number system as a form of ID now a days. There are new ID systems in the works where your own DNA will be sufficient to identify you in a few moments. No fingerprints or ss or any of that crap. Just a little scrape and wait a minute BOOM there you are.

There is a effort to ratain data and history within your body's DNA itself. Instead of data centers etc. Once you are either chipped or imprinted into DNA with your entire life record it becomes possible to discover your history by a DNA scrape off you in a few minutes.

There is one company in America called Axicom (Spelling?) that used to have a office and base in Little Rock, I think they moved to either WI or MN now recently. They hold ALL information on ALL Americans DEAD and ALIVE since the founding of this Nation. It is possible to contact them and get what is called a Opt out form. If you do sign and return this form everything you ever have done dating to before high school including immunizations you got as a baby etc will all disappear. And you will have NOTHING. No history zip. Nada. Then you will find that you will have a very very very difficult life without that entire history.

As far as credit history. The biggest problem is student loans. There is about 1.35 trillion outstanding owed to the American People. After a certain number of years of making payments (Usually 10) you can apply to have O dollar payments in short forgiven pernamently with one catch. You will be taxed on the amount forgiven as income.

Everything else is literally faith and credit of the US Government. They make the money out of thin air in form of loans as needed. One day all of that will stop. And it's not going to end well.
