ECM voltage is good. Ground is too. Doesn’t have shutoff solenoid on this model. Could be speed sensor too but we keep replacing parts to no avail.

Thanks for the videos!

Did you check the fuel line going out of the fuel pump for pressure yet? Or just take off and see how much is coming out?
AModelCat Thanks this. -
This is where spending a few bucks to have someone plug a laptop in could save you lots of money over just throwing parts at it.
Heavyd Thanks this. -
Honestly fuel pressure needs to be observed at the pump. That does not take a computer? Just common sense.
-
Of course you're going to read fuel pressure off a gauge. If that's not the issue then bite the bullet and hook a laptop on it. A guy could spend thousands throwing parts at it when a decent tech with a laptop could probably locate the issue much quicker than the pick a part and pray method.

She’s an old but good truck. Had to replace those parts anyway for the regular maintenance. She was running fine until we replaced both fuel filter. Then nothing...we just hate to tow it and spend big bucks if we can fix it ourselves
-
How many miles on engine or certain parts?
You must be sucking air, if pump is Good? Do you have air bubbles in Davco? -
Since the problem started after you replaced the fuel filters, my guess is that you didn't seal one of the fuel filters properly. They're on the suction side, so you're probably pulling nothing but air.
First rule of troubleshooting: The problem you're having is directly related to the last thing you 'fixed'.bryan21384, AModelCat and Oldironfan Thank this. -
Filters are all good.
