    Before they start other projects in that area they NEED to FINISH I-10.

    They have been working on 10 for at least 10yrs now. It sucks in spots where there is a jersey wall on both sides of the roadway which makes it really NARROW.

    Texas does have some very nice roadways and keep them up but come on now they need to finish something before starting other things in the same area.
