What is crossed out on the trailer?

They have been improving this FJ in Beaver quite a lot. In the pic of the parking lot the black top pavement is coming apart. The tar is sticking to everyones shoes. I don't know if they ever had reserve parking bug they have 10 spots now.

Im thinking if he was a courteous driver he would have pulled forward so someone else can get fuel. But maybe when he acquired that trailer he might have crossed that out. No courtesy until he gets the next trailer.
