2014 cascadia code spn 96 fml 5?? Please help!!!

    I just got this code spn 96 fml 5! Does anyone know what it means? Can I drive it home to Cali I'm in New Mexico right now! Or it has to be checked out ASAP? Thank you!!

    I got Spn 96 ICU 23 Fail 05 on a DD15 2013 Freightliner Cascadia. The code appeared immediately after truck had been washed in a truck wash. I think the high water pressure causes the connectors in the wiring for fuel level to loosen up or disconnect. I just pushed the connector in and the codes cleared. (BTW the connector is on the driver side above the fuel tank)

    diagnostic went on SPN96 FMI5 and also ICU 1 which means this help please
