We are in a pickle!

As bad as the schools lie, they are pretty forthcoming that you're not going to find a local job w/o OTR experience. The rest are the recruiter schools and over the phone is just how they do it. Since we're all aware of paying our dues and the first year OTR is probably crap no matter how you slice it, there's really not much to see. Our best defense is research to find the best of the worst.

What they did to try to hurt me from working for other companies, Was placed on my DAC that I "Quit" working for them. That in itself was a LIE the only driving I did for them was the Driving test and that was it. They sent me home. What they did was say. "leave the property" It was up to me to find my way home. Glad I had some cash on me!

 

I would'nt pay that. If you are interested, use the one on this Forum in it's ad, They have been checked as trusted by the ones running this Forum.

 

When they put quit on your dac its not a bad thing. Actually it reads on the dac as quit/ terminated lease. which wont keep you from getting jobs. Its when they put terminated on there thats a bad thing. Ive never had a hard time at all getting jobs. But what puzzles me is that you never really worked for them. Orientation isnt a job so they shouldnt have reported to USIS in the first place. Not like it matters n e how beings how you like where your at......lol...... Maybe ill run into you at the mill when im there unloading at the scrap dock.
